No Returns & Exchange Policy
We have a 7-day exchange policy, NO RETURNS which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. Please note there are no exchange on 50% off sale items.

Clear images of the item(s) you wish to exchange
Once your request is reviewed, we will let you know if it has been approved and provide further instructions. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
Eligibility for Exchanges
To be eligible, your item must be:

Unworn and unused

With tags still attached

In its original packaging

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase
Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on the following:

Worn garments or items without their original tags

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
